APPENDIX  

Before any Member is allowed to put an offer for the desired house, He/She should obtain a possible closing date from the General Manager of the Co-operative to be included in the Offer, and your purchase offer must include

THESE CONDITIONS:

1. That this offer is subject to financing approval within seven (7) banking days.

2. That the vendor will discharge all outstanding dues and liens against the property (if any) at his/her expense before the closing date.

3. That the buyer or his agent will be allowed to inspect the property one day before the closing date.
