Ansar Medical Services has purchased about 8.4 Acres land on Brock Road, a few blocks north of Brock Road Exit from Highway 401 and north of Highway 2, and only steps away from the new Masjid Usman.

InshaAllah our plan is to build 3 buildings (A, B and C), and 13 town homes. Building “A” will include retail/commercial units with office space on the second floor as well as residential condominiums on upper floors (3rd to 6th floors) right on Brock Road. Building “B” will be Seniors residences/additional condominiums and building “C” will be our Long-Term Healthcare Building next to the scenic Pickering Village Creek.

On July 23, 2007, City of Pickering held a Public Meeting to discuss our project. Alhamdulillah, this meeting went very well. Mayor Dave Ryan of Pickering has been very supportive of our project, due to consistent efforts by Br. Mohammed Jalaluddin, President Ansar Medical Services Inc., and others. In fact Mayor Ryan has authorized the City staff to hire independent consultants to conduct some of the studies Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) has requested. This is a big push to our Project.

InshaAllah, we are currently in advanced stages of our application to receive zoning amendment approval. Insha Allah this will be followed by a site plan agreement.

OTHER PROJECTS

In addition, our RRSP investments own over 1500 acres of land in Calgary and Edmonton. Alhamdulillah, so far significant profits have been realized after selling some lands in Calgary.

Our 138 acre residential development project in Leduc, Alberta is on target. All underground services work was completed and all lots in phase1 and phase 2 have been sold out. Currently we are starting to work on phase 3.

InshaAllah, successful outcome of all these projects will yield progressively higher dividends and lead to overall community development.
