Youth Counseling

Everyone faces problems and challenges and sometimes we could use some help to overcome them. Counseling doesn’t only need to be reserved for life-altering events or serious mental health problems. If you think you could benefit from talking to an experienced counselor, we’re here for you.

Counseling can provide:

  • A safe environment to express yourself
  • Assistance with processing emotions
  • Help with understanding certain life events
  • An easier way to communicate
  • Support and help in making decisions
  • And faith-based perspectives

Our counselors are here to listen to you, assist you, and refer you to appropriate resources if needed. It can be difficult to ask for help when you need it, especially given the stigma around seeking counseling. We want you to know that we’re here for you and our services are completely confidential and non-judgmental.

Religious counseling is available through our Shuyukhs and we have partnered with Islamic Relief and the Khalil Centre to provide Psychotherapy, Short-Term Individual Counseling, and Crisis Consultation and Intervention.

Important: If you or a loved one has a medical or psychological emergency and may be a danger to yourself/themselves or others, then please call 911 and seek help immediately. ISNA Canada does NOT serve as an emergency hotline and is not monitored daily. We pray this is a benefit to all who use it.
